This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Data Experts 360 may issue a refund to clients in relation to our IT consulting, software development, Agri Tech development, Project Management, Statistics Analyses, and digital services. By engaging with us, you agree to this policy as part of our overall Terms of Service.
This policy applies to all invoiced amounts issued electronically under our E-Billing system. All transactions and associated credits or refunds are processed digitally in accordance with our E-Billing Policy and the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).
Due to the bespoke and labor-intensive nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing or required by applicable law (Australian Consumer Law).
Clients may cancel a project prior to commencement. In such cases:
Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., non-responsiveness, missing assets) do not entitle the client to a refund. Delays due to internal issues may be reviewed, and partial credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Programming errors or technical bugs found within a reasonable timeframe will be corrected at no cost. However, such corrections do not qualify for a refund.
All digital licenses, subscriptions, and downloadable products purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once provisioned or activated, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
A project will be marked as abandoned if a client:
In such cases, no refund will be issued. Reactivation may be offered with a separate fee and re-onboarding plan.
