A parent-supervised program where young people explore data, AI and online safety through group sessions and hands-on mini projects, then share what they learn with friends, family and school.

Who Can Apply
- Young people aged 10 to 17
- Curious about numbers, technology, science or problem-solving. No experience needed
- A parent or legal guardian who completes the application and supervises participation
- Access to a device and internet for online group sessions, with a parent nearby

Fill in the form together with your child and sign the parent consent.

Our team reviews the application and replies to the parent within 3–5 business days.

Our Promises to Families
- Group sessions only. No private one-to-one contact between adults and children
- We contact parents and guardians, never children directly

Parent & Guardian Disclaimer
Please read this before applying. You will be asked to accept it and sign the application form.
This disclaimer applies to every child taking part in the Data Experts 360 Junior Data Ambassador Program and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
01Parent & guardian responsibility
- You remain fully responsible for your child at all times while they take part, whether online or in person.
- You are responsible for supervising your child's internet use, devices, accounts and screen time during program activities.
- For any in-person event, you are responsible for arranging safe transport to and from the venue and for collecting your child on time. Data Experts 360 does not provide childcare outside scheduled sessions.
- You are responsible for your child's behaviour and for making sure they follow the program's code of conduct.
02How we keep sessions safe
- Sessions are group-based and run by Data Experts 360 staff or approved trainers. There are no private one-to-one sessions between adults and children.
- All program communication is sent to the parent or guardian contact details you provide, never directly to your child.
- We will never ask your child for passwords, their home address or private contact details. Please remind your child not to share these with anyone during program activities.

03Photos and public profiles
- Publishing is optional and only happens with your separate consent.
- Public profiles show first name and last initial only, an age group instead of a date of birth, and country. School, date of birth and your contact details are never published.
- Anything published online can be viewed, copied or saved by others. We take reasonable steps to limit this, but we cannot control what third parties do with content once it is public.
- You can ask us to remove a photo or profile at any time and we will take it down promptly.
04Voluntary, non-commercial participation
- The Junior program is educational and voluntary. It is not employment, and children receive no payment, commission, referral rewards or sales targets.
- Certificates, badges or learning resources may be given to recognise participation. These have no cash value.
05Health, wellbeing and third-party tools
- Before any in-person event, please tell us about medical conditions, allergies or accessibility needs we should know about. Data Experts 360 does not provide medical supervision.
- Some activities may use third-party tools such as video-conferencing platforms. You are responsible for reviewing those services' terms and age requirements.
06Your child's information, withdrawal and liability
- We collect only what is needed to run the program and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. Private details are visible only to authorised Data Experts 360 administrators.
- You can withdraw your child, or ask us to access, correct or delete their information, at any time by emailing hi@dataexperts360.com.
- We may pause or end a child's participation if their safety, or the safety of others, requires it.
- To the extent permitted by law, Data Experts 360 is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation, except where caused by our own negligence. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
